Common Computer Problem and Solutions
Now a days,people rely on their computers for daily basis task and looking for IT Support team to be able to configure out the problem of their desktop whether it is small or big issues. The good news is every situations you have has simple solutions that might you will learn to fix it for yourself and you will save money at the same time you learned a new stuff. These are the following common computer Problem and solutions.
1. Computer Won’t Turn On
A computer that won't start or suddenly shuts down don't panic it might be a failing power supply or hardware failed. Check the computer if plugged into a properly place and if doesn't work, try another working connection cable, It might be the plugged in. If still doesn't work maybe the hardware failed is causing a problem it is the part of your computer inside the CPU, Turn off the computer, try to look at it maybe the device hardware is loosen then tight it and turn on the computer.
2. Slow Computer Performance
There are several reasons why your computer is slowed. Computer is like your home it need to clean up because if not your computer is going down. If your computer is slower than the normal range, you can easily fix the problem simply by cleaning or removing the hard disk of unwanted files, fragmented data, corrupted registry, spyware tools and other services can surely affect your PC speed and boost performance speed up. You can also install anti-virus and schedule regular registry scans for your computer maintenance.
3. The Black Screen
Many people is panic when they see the black on there screen. To be honest, there is lot of reasons why that is happen but I wish your problem will come out with basic. If the computer is On but the screen is still blank, There may be a problem with the connection between the computer and the screen. Check to see if the monitor is plugged into a proper connection and the connection between the monitor to computer. Then look for the video card it might be not on properly tight on-board. This might be the simplest computer black screen you can get. If still not fix the problem, then you may need to get a professional technician to fix it.
4. Software and Abnormal Applications Behavior
If your operating system (O.S) is acting strangely or other software application is either unresponsive, then try restart your computer. To avoid having this happen to you, I suggest install reliable anti-virus software.
5. Computer Strange Noises
If you hear noise coming from your computer it is certainly a sign of hardware malfunction issue or a noisy fan but whatever the reason is it you should try to fix it. First unplug your computer then remove the case and turn on your computer to see where the noise coming from. Usually it is due to the fan being dirty but on other hand it can be due to the hard drive or other components that loosen wire this is very easy to replace.
6. The Windows Won’t Boot
If you are having troubles in booting Windows or Operating System (O.S), then you may have to re-install it with your windows recovery disk.
7. The Screen is Frozen
This is often problem that you might encounter when computer freezes, you may have no other option than to reboot and take a risk of losing any unsaved work. Freezes can be a sign of insufficient ram, registry faulty, corrupted/missing files, or spyware. Scan your computer using Anti-virus or Update your anti-spyware immediately to avoid this kind of problem to see if the virus occurred and If you find that your computer is free from spyware then updating your hardware drive or other hardware components is the next thing to do. If that doesn't work try to increase your computer ram to help avoid computer freezes and find time for your computer maintenance.
8. The Overheating
Normally the computer overheats with this two reason first If a computer has Poor Cooling System, causes of clumps of dust that gather inside the computer. Dust can reduce the airflow that slow down the fans And causing the heat to increase. I suggest clean up the fans or use air pressure to remove the dust. Other one is over performance of components inside the computer like processor, power supply and hard drives. To avoid your computer overheating or burning it out, turn off and let it rest for a while if it’s getting hot.
9. Network and Internet Connections Issues
Internet is the main sources to get information but this is also the common problem that also comes out. If your signal is weak or wireless network is dead, your router, DSL modem or cable probably crashed. Reboot the device or gadgets by unplugging them for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in. That usually solves the problem. Check all the cable, phone line, will also fix the problem.
10. The Blue Screen of Death
The blue Screen of death (BSoD or error) is one of the scariest computer problems you'll come across or that you might encounter. This kind of error appears on your computer screen for lot of reasons: bad memory module, damaged software, corrupt dll files, failing hardware, driver’s component and more. The remedy for a blue screen of death depends on the appearance problem and the screen will provides you with codes that can help you to configure and fix problems. The computer may need is for you to reboot it. You can avoid these problems if you are aware of the various needed for computer maintenance.
Being aware to identify your computer problem and troubleshooting is not an easy task to do. If you don’t understand anything on your computer. You might get some manual or books to read for your own good, then it is a better idea to consult a computer technician.Off course try to do some research about the problem that you might encounter and the internet will help you to find the solutions to various problem.
